What is "igraph-python" on PyPI?

@tamas Have you seen igraph-python on PyPI? Do you know what it is and who the uploader is? The description suggests that it is the same as python-igraph, and it has versions 0.7.2, 0.7.3 and 0.7.4, all uploaded in 2018 August.

If this was just an attempt to provide the dev version of igraph, perhaps we should ask the uploader to remove it to avoid user-confusion?

Yes, it was most likely an attempt to provide a more up-to-date version of igraph. We can try to get it removed or archived once we release 0.8.0
