Hi group,
I’m performing dynamic social network analysis with 10+ waves and would like to detect communities for each wave. All the waves are built by dyadic association indices (undirected).
However, as I divide the whole study period into several short periods and build waves, there are some missing edges in a few waves due to insufficient sampling effects.
May I know if there are some methods to deal with these missing edges with/without providing uncertainty or 95% confidence intervals when detecting communities in igraph package?
Any advice on this issue would be much appreciated!
