PhD. Candidate in Community Ecology
I work with ecological network and also time series, and dynamic of this networks. For this aim I have use graph theory tools to complement my data analysis toolbox. My current interest is focused on exploring new methods to infer species associations and predict future scenarios in a changing world regarding species assemblages, aligning with current theories of community ecology.
