When I type this: pkg-config --cflags --libs igraph the next thing appears: Package igraph was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `igraph.pc’ to the PKG\_CONFIG\_PATH environment variable No package ‘igraph’ found How to solve this? Please help. I’m new in Python. ---

Why do you want to build python-igraph yourself? Why are you not using the binary wheels, as I suggested? ---

Per the instructions I linked to, use ``` pip install python-igraph ``` This is at the very top of the getting started guide. Do not try to compile from source, especially on Windows, and especially if you are new. ---
